From the time we hire skilled individuals for various positions, we start our training process. Our company has set a benchmark in facility management and we want every employee to live up to that. Our extensive training and development programme comprises of skill development. We make sure their skills align with the labour market requirements.

Our team is trained on topics such as health and safety, asset maintenance/management, water resource management, energy efficiency, mechanical and electrical engineering, and building codes and standards.

The introduction and training to the staff gives them the knowledge and ability to provide the necessary service in a safe and secure environment.

Apart from the above training, we also provide them with orientation on emergency planning, technical training, individual development, system training and chemical handling. All our training is provided in English and regional languages. Most of our team members are educated and speak fluent English.
